Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right. This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide clear photos of the issue when reaching out so we can assist you quickly.
Please note that personalized, custom, or special-order dolls are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
